Effects of Aerobic Exercise Training Combined with Multiple Respiratory Rehabilitation Training on Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients
Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise training combined with multiple respiratory rehabilitation training on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients. Methods One hundred patients with stable COPD treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received multiple respiratory rehabilitation training, and the observation group received aerobic exercise training combined with multiple respiratory rehabilitation training, both groups received continuous training for 3 months. The degree of dyspnea, lung function and exercise endurance were compared between the two groups. Results After training, the Modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)Dyspnea Scale score of the observation group was(1.19±0.29)points,which was lower than(1.67±0.32)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and maximum mass air volume(MVV)in the observation group were greater than those in the control group, and the FEV1/FVC was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P﹤0.05);the 6-min walking distance and the longest exercise time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise training combined with multiple respiratory rehabilitation training can reduce mMRC score, improve lung function and increase exercise endurance in stable COPD patients.
