Effect of Mosapride Citrate Combined with Rabeprazole in the Treatment on Clinical Symptom Scores in Patients with Reflux Esophagitis
Objective Exploring the effect of mosapride citrate combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods A total of 84 RE patients admitted to Yicheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from April 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rabeprazole, while the observation group was treated with mosapride citrate in addition to the control group, both groups received continuous treatment for 2 months.Compare the clinical symptom scores, endoscopic examination grading, clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of heartburn, acid reflux, and chest pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the endoscopic grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than the 80.95%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions between two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).Conclusion The mosapride citrate combined with rabeprazole in the treatment on patients with RE has a significant therapeutic effect, which can improve their clinical symptoms and endoscopic examination grading, and has good safety.
