Effects of Butylphthalein Softgel Combined with Atorvastatin on Oxidative Stress and Hemodynamics in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of butylphthalein softgel combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Dongchangfu People's Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalein softgel on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,nerve function,oxidative stress level,hemodynamic indicators,blood lipid level and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,higher than 81.82%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);after treatment,the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the levels of malondialdehyde,total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were lower than those of the control group,and the levels of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were higher than those of the control group.the maximum peak systolic velocity,end-diastolic velocity and average blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery were faster than those of control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups,and the difference was no statistically significant(P﹥0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalein softgel combined with atorvastatin can improve the therapeutic effect of acute cerebral infarction,correct the abnormal lipid metabolism of patients,improve the brain hemodynamics indicators,inhibit the oxidative stress reaction,reduce the damage of nerve function,and is safe and reliable.
