Effect of Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy on Weight Loss and Its Influencing Factors in Morbid Obesity Patients after 1 Year
Objective To explore the influence factors of achieving weight loss after 1 year laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)in morbid obesity patients. Methods The clinical data of 112 morbid obesity patients with LSG admitted to Dongda Hospital in Pizhou from January 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were followed up for 1 year after surgery.According to the weight loss effect, the patients were divided into a weight loss standard group and a weight loss standard group. The general data of the two groups of patients were collected, the body mass index of the patients was detected, and the basic data of the patients were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results In 112 patients with morbid obesity and LSG followed up for 1 year after surgery,32 cases failed to reach the weight loss standard,80 cases achieved the weight loss standard, the weight loss rate was 71.43%.There were significant differences in body mass index, family history of obesity, payment method, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, hyperlipidemia and type II diabetes between the two groups(P﹤0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that body mass, family history of obesity, payment method, direct bilirubin, hyperlipidemia and type II diabetes were the influential factors for the weight loss effect of morbid-obese patients with LSG 1 year after surgery(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Family history of obesity, payment method, abnormal liver function, hyperlipidemia, type II diabetes are the influential factors for the weight loss effect of morbid obesity patients with LSG 1 year after surgery.Clinical intervention measures should be formulated according to the influencing factors of patients to reduce the weight of patients.
