Effect of Laparoscopic Biliary Duct Exploration Surgery on Inflammatory Response and Postoperative Recovery in Patients with Choledocholithiasis
Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic biliary duct exploration surgery on patients with choledocholithiasis. Methods A total of 86 patients with choledocholithiasis admitted to Jiyang District People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group underwent traditional laparotomy, and the observation group underwent laparoscopic biliary duct exploration surgery. The conditions of operation, postoperative recovery, stress response, inflammatory response, and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, hospitalization time, getting out of bed time and exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);after 1 day of surgery, the levels of Cortisol,adrenocorticotropin,interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and calcitonin in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 20.93%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic biliary duct exploration surgery for patients with choledocholithiasis has the advantages of less trauma and fewer complications, which can reduce the stress and inflammatory response of patients, and beneficial for rapid postoperative recovery.
