童趣诱导、代币法教育及呼吸训练对支气管炎患儿症状消失及不良情绪的影响

目的 探讨童趣诱导、代币法教育及呼吸训练对支气管炎患儿症状消失及不良情绪的影响.方法 选择2021 年6 月—2023年 6 月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九六〇医院收治的 86 例支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 43 例.对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用童趣诱导、代币法教育及呼吸训练干预,两组均干预2 周.比较两组患者的症状消失时间、不良情绪及生活质量.结果 观察组咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间,均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).干预后,观察组儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表评分、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表评分均低于对照组;观察组儿童生存质量普通适用核心量表中的生理功能、情感功能、社会功能、角色功能评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 童趣诱导、代币法教育及呼吸训练可减轻支气管炎患儿的不良情绪,加快症状消退,改善生活质量.
Effects of Child Interest Induction,Token Education and Respiratory Training on the Disappearance of Symptoms and Negative Emotions in Children with Bronchitis
Objective To explore the effects of child interest induction,token education,and respiratory training on the disappearance of symptoms and negative emotions in children with bronchitis.Methods A total of 86 children with bronchitis treated in the The 960th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with child interest induction,token education and breathing training intervention,both groups were treated with intervention for 2 weeks.The time of symptom resolution,bad mood and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of cough in the observation group,disappearance time of sputum and the disappearance time of pulmonary moist rales,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the Anxiety Affective Disorder Screening Scale and the Depression Disorder Self-rating Scale in the observation group and both lower than those in the control group;the physiological function score,emotional function score,social function score and role function score of the children in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Child interest induction,token education,and respiratory training can alleviate negative emotions in children with bronchitis,accelerate symptom resolution,and improve quality of life.
