Therapeutic Effect of Yixuesheng Capsule Combined with Iron Protein Succinate on Iron Deficiency Anemia During Pregnancy and Its Influence on Iron Metabolism Indicators in Patients
Objective To explore the application value of Yixuesheng capsule combined with iron protein succinate in iron deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy. Methods A total of 120 patients with IDA during pregnancy admitted to Minxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with iron protein succinate, and the observation group was treated with Yixuesheng capsule on the basis of the control group, both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months. The clinical efficacy, iron metabolism indicators, blood routine indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment, the total iron binding capacity of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the serum ferritin level was higher than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤ 0.05);the total red blood cell count and hemoglobin level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion Iron protein succinate combined with Yixuesheng capsule in the treatment of IDA in pregnancy is effective, can effectively improve the iron metabolism indicators and hemoglobin levels of patients, and is relatively safe.
