Effect of Interdisciplinary Nursing Combined with Diversified Rehabilitation Training on Postoperative Symptoms and Shoulder and Neck Function in Patients with Thyroid Cancer
Objective To investigate the effects of interdisciplinary nursing combined with diversified rehabilitation training intervention on the postoperative symptoms and shoulder and neck function of thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 84 thyroid cancer patients admitted to Qingcheng County People's Hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with interdisciplinary nursing combined with diversified rehabilitation training intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare symptom scores and shoulder and neck function between two groups of patients.Results Five days after surgery,the scores of all dimensions of M.D.Anderson symptom inventory in both groups decreased compared to before surgery,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);one month after surgery,the Constant-Murley Shoulder Function Score Scale scores in all dimensions of both groups improved compared to before surgery,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The effect of interdisciplinary nursing combined with diversified rehabilitation training intervention on postoperative patients with thyroid cancer is satisfactory,which can significantly alleviate postoperative symptoms and promote the recovery of shoulder and neck function.It is worth promoting.
