Study on the Application Effect of Lymphatic Drainage Manipulation Combined with Routine Nursing in Patients with Postpartum Breast Distending Pain
Objective A research on the application effect of lymphatic drainage manipulation combined with routine nursing in patients with postpartum breast distending pain.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with postpartum breast distending pain who were admitted to People's Hospital of Yutai County of Shandong Province from September 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd and even numbers of the hospitalization record numbers of the parturients,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given lymphatic drainage manipulation nursing on the basis of the nursing care of the control group.The nursing effects,degree of breast distending pain,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Before nursing,the scores of degree of breast distending pain in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05);after nursing,the scores of degree of breast distending pain in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Lymphatic drainage manipulation can effectively improve the nursing effect,relieve the degree of postpartum breast distending pain,and increase the nursing satisfaction of parturients.It is worthy of being popularized and applied in clinical nursing.
