Clinical Effect Analysis of Task-Oriented Training on Stroke Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment
Objective To explore the effects of task-oriented training on cognitive and motor function in stroke patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods Fifty-four stroke patients admitted to Wuxi Central Rehabilitation Hospital from March to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and a experimental group according to random number table method, with 27 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention, and the experimental group received task-oriented training intervention.Cognitive function, motor function, activities of daily living and depressive mood were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 weeks of intervention, the scores of Montreal Cognitive Scale,Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale and modified Barthel Index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the Self-Rating Depression Scale score of the observation group was(40.48±10.54)points,which was lower than(47.81±11.29)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Task-Oriented training for stroke patients with mild cognitive impairment can improve their cognitive function, motor function and daily living ability, and alleviate depression.
