Impact of Case Method Combined with Scenario Simulation Teaching Mode on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing Ability of Nursing Students
Objective Exploring the influence of case method combined with scenario simulation teaching mode on the traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing ability of nursing students.Methods Retrospective analysis of relevant data of 48 nursing interns admitted to Pukou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to China Pharmaceutical University from June 2023 to January 2024,according to different teaching methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 24 participants in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the case method combined with scenario simulation teaching mode,both groups continued to teach for 4 weeks.Compare the traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing ability,academic record,and teaching satisfaction of two groups.Results After teaching,the various aspects of scores of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the academic record of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The case method combined with scenario simulation teaching mode can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing ability and academic record of nursing students,and the teaching satisfaction is relatively high.
