The enlightenment of the US national laboratory system on the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area
The national laboratory is an important carrier and strategic force for national scientific and technological innovation.The national laboratory system of the United States has conducted many explorations and accumulated rich experience in management and operation methods,open sharing mechanisms,achievement transfer and transformation,and supervision and evaluation systems,playing an important role in promoting the United States to become a world science and technology powerhouse.As an international science and technology innovation center and one of the comprehensive national science centers with national key layout,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has basically formed a laboratory system led by Pengcheng Laboratory and Guangzhou Laboratory.Drawing on the successful experience of the US national laboratory system in the United States,we will further deepen reform,open up and share,deepen cultivation and meticulous work,and take the lead in management models,collaborative innovation,achievement transformation,assessment and evaluation,leading the national laboratory system management.This will help China lead a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.
