Giving full role to the farmers can effectively avoid the practical problems such as large demolition and construction,formalism and bureaucratic subject in rural revitalization.The key to unleashing the role of farmers as the main body lies in awakening their consciousness as the main body,enabling them to plan,do,and succeed.Its focus is to highlight the status of farmers as the main body and break through the administrative system of grassroots governance brought about by bureaucratic constraints.Based on the practice of rural revitalization in L village of Guizhou province,it is found that farmers can awaken the subject consciousness through"public wisdom","public force"and"public will",and reconstruct the autonomy function,taking farmers as the main body to participate in achieving"dual track governance",actively developing grassroots democracy through"direct discussion between the party and the masses",and breaking through the administrative dilemma.Finally,the main role of farmers can be played,and decision-making and implementation can return to farmers,which has certain practical reference significance for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization in underdeveloped areas.
