A case study on the development dilemma and countermeasures of township(street)social work stations——Taking L street social work station in J city of Guangdong's"Double Hundred Project"as an example
The construction of township(street)social work stations in China is still in its infancy.In the process of construction,it faces a series of problems such as heavy administrative color,insufficient supervision talents and imperfect system.This study conducts a case study of L street social work station in J city of Guangdong province.Through field observation and interviews,it analyzed that L street social work station mainly has heavy administrative affairs,reduced professional service space,more'zero-based'social workers,lack of professional service capabilities,and a large number of professional training,but lack of effectiveness,shortage of supervisory talents,difficulty in ensuring professional support,limited salary,and low professional identity of social workers.It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the supervision mechanism of social work stations,improve the threshold of occupational access,improve the evaluation system of social work services,improve the training mechanism of social workers,improve the supervision and compensation system of social workers,strengthen the construction of supervision and talent team,and introduce the promotion policy of social work compensation,so as to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of social work stations in villages and towns(streets)across the country.
