Research on rural mutual aid elderly care services from the perspective of structured social interaction
Rural mutual aid elderly care services have some difficulties,including a single cognitive meaning,incomplete governance mechanism,difficulty in legalizing identity,etc.Based on structured social interaction theory of Giddens,this paper clarifies the regulatory mechanism of autonomous subjects and social organizations on rural mutual aid elderly care services,analyzes the meaning structure,governance structure,and legalization structure of rural mutual aid elderly care services,and leverages the interaction between Giddens'structural and action factors,with a view to improving the dynamic processes of personnel autonomy,leading by government party building,and social capital embedding in rural mutual aid elderly care services,and actively responding to the aging population in rural areas.
