The realistic dilemma and breakthrough path of ethnic minority education modernization in the global context——Take Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture as an example
In the global context,ethnic minorities are faced with the dilemma and contradiction of homogenization and heterogeneity.Although the ethnic minorities in Aba Prefecture of Sichuan keep up with the trend of the times,they also encounter some practical problems,such as"low academic performance of ethnic students","backward development of ethnic schools","neglected bilingual education",and"difficult enrollment of ethnic vocational schools".How to solve this contradiction and rebuild the connotation of the modernization of minority education has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.The modernization of ethnic minority education should not only be a remedy for past deficiencies,nor should it be a differential result of indifference.The modernization of minority education should seek the balance point in the global context and realize the different development.
