学生不当行为对教师职业幸福感的影响机制研究

为探讨学生不当行为对教师职业幸福感的影响机制,采用便利抽样的方法选取广东省高校 266 名教师样本进行调查,研究发现:(1)学生不当行为分别与教师组织自尊、职业幸福感呈负相关,组织自尊与职业幸福感呈正相关;(2)组织自尊在学生不当行为与教师职业幸福感间起部分中介作用;(3)教师个性控制点负向调节学生不当行为与教师职业幸福感之间的关系,以及组织自尊与职业幸福感之间的关系;(4)教师个性控制点负向调节学生不当行为通过组织自尊影响教师职业幸福感的后半路径:内控倾向越强,学生不当行为通过组织自尊对教师职业幸福感的间接效应越弱。
Research on the mechanism of the impact of student misbehavior on teacher's professional well-being
To explore the influence mechanism of student misbehavior of teacher professional well-being,a total of 266 teachers from colleges in Guangdong Province were selected by convenient sampling method.The result show that:(1)Student misbehavior had a negative effect on teacher professional well-being and organization-based self-esteem.Organization-based self-esteem had a positive effect on teacher professional well-being.(2)Organization-based self-esteem mediate the relationship between student misbehavior and teacher professional well-being;(3)Locus of control negatively regulate the relationship between student misbehavior and teacher professional well-being and the relationship between organizational-based self-esteem and teacher professional well-being;(4)Locus of control negatively regulate the second half path of student misbehavior affecting teacher professional well-being through organization-based self-esteem:the stronger internal control tendency is,the weaker the indirect effect of student misbehavior on teacher professional well-being through organization-based self-esteem is.
