To explore the influence mechanism of student misbehavior of teacher professional well-being,a total of 266 teachers from colleges in Guangdong Province were selected by convenient sampling method.The result show that:(1)Student misbehavior had a negative effect on teacher professional well-being and organization-based self-esteem.Organization-based self-esteem had a positive effect on teacher professional well-being.(2)Organization-based self-esteem mediate the relationship between student misbehavior and teacher professional well-being;(3)Locus of control negatively regulate the relationship between student misbehavior and teacher professional well-being and the relationship between organizational-based self-esteem and teacher professional well-being;(4)Locus of control negatively regulate the second half path of student misbehavior affecting teacher professional well-being through organization-based self-esteem:the stronger internal control tendency is,the weaker the indirect effect of student misbehavior on teacher professional well-being through organization-based self-esteem is.
