Revision and validation of the learning organization scale for kindergartens
In order to guide the construction of a learning organization in kindergartens,this study revised and validated the kindergarten learning organization scale based on two samples of preschool teachers under the characteristics of Chinese local culture(N1=247,N2=399).The revised kindergarten learning organization scale includes three dimensions,namely,knowledge sharing,leadership driven,and organizational support,with a cumulative explanation of 76.45%of the total variance.The factor analysis results demonstrate that the scale has good structural validity,and the reliability test results indicate that the revised scale has good consistency and stability.The criterion related validity indicates that the scale has a certain degree of validity.
