Studies on optimized selection of the culture medium about7rooting and growth-promoting of Dendrobium officinale seedlings
to optimize the most appropriate culture medium for rooting and growth-promoting of Dendrobium officinale seedlings. in the same culture conditions, the same height seedlings were seeded in 9 different medium, compared the growth of the seedlings through the observation records; used UV spectrophotometry to de tect polysaccharide content of each cultivation and made the comprehensive analysis. Results and Conclusion: the best medium for rooting and growth-promoting of Dendrobium officinale Seedlings was 1/2 MS + mashed potatoes + 0.5 mg/L BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA + activated carbon + Huabao NO.1 + 3%sucrose,or, 1/2,MS,+,mashed,potatoes,+,0.3,mg/L,BA,+,0.15,mg/L,NAA,+,activated,carbon,+,Huabao,NO.1,+,3%,sucrose.
