摘要

为探讨基于空气源热泵的钢筋混凝土管片初期养护技术,以天津地铁 6 号线工程(梅林路站~咸水沽西站)盾构管片制作为依托,立足空气源热泵管片养护的技术特点,分析了空气源热泵在钢筋混凝土管片初期养护中的应用及其应用效果.实践得出,空气源热泵供热初期养护技术是一种新型的混凝土钢筋管片养护技术,具有很高的自动化水平,而且空气源热泵保温传热效果好,热风循环养护可提升热能利用率,整个养护过程无有害气体和废渣排放,契合现代化绿色节能理念,无论是养护效果、质量,还是节能、绿色环保都优于蒸汽养护技术,值得大范围推广和应用.

Abstract

In order to discuss the initial maintenance technology of reinforced concrete segments based on air source heat pump,the application of air source heat pump in the initial maintenance of reinforced concrete segments and its application effect are analyzed based on the technical characteristics of air source heat pump segment maintenance,relying on the production of shield segments of Tianjin Metro Line 6(Meilin Road Station-Xianshuiguxi Station).The initial maintenance technology of air source heat pump heating is a new type of concrete reinforcement segment maintenance technology,which has a high level of automation.In addition,the air source heat pump has a good thermal insulation and heat transfer effect.The hot air circulation maintenance can improve the utilization rate of heat energy.The entire maintenance process is free of harmful gases and waste residue emissions,which conforms to the mutual concept of modern green civilization.The maintenance effect,quality,energy conservation,green and environmental protection are superior to steam maintenance technology.It is worth popularizing and applying in a large scale.
