In order to analyze the impact of product technology spillovers on homogeneous product manufacturers, study the competition between duopoly enterprises with different market shares, and take into account the competition of enterprises'equity participation on supply chain decision-making,a Cournot Bertrand model is constructed, and backward induction is used to solve the decision-making behavior of duopoly supply chain enterprises under dynamic game. The time series further discussed the model and compared the effects of different parameters on supply chain prices, production, and profits. The results indicate that choosing a stable spillover effect is beneficial for the development of the supply chain, and a reasonable shareholding ratio promotes the optimal value of supply chain profits. The complex impact of adjusting parameters on the power system was studied. The dynamic system exhibits bifurcation, chaos, and multiple stability as the parameters are constantly adjusted. This study expands the application of complex system theory in duopoly supply chains and provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to develop corresponding strategies.
