The bearing preload has an important effect on the dynamic characteristics of the main shaft of wind turbines.In this paper,firstly,the correlation between the bearing preloading force and the main shaft system is established,and the bearing stiffness values corresponding to different preload forces are calculated,and then the relationship between the preload and stiffness is analyzed.Then,the finite element analysis models of two-point and one-point wind turbine spindles supported by tapered roller bearings are established,and the influences of preload on the mode shape,natural frequency,critical speed and stability of the wind turbine spindles supported by two kinds of bearings are analyzed.The results show that the bearing stiffness increases with the increase of preloading force,and the natural frequency,critical speed and stability of the spindle are further improved.The spindle critical speed of single point bearing is larger and more stable than that of two-point bearing.Reasonable selection of bearing preload can improve the stability of the spindle.
