In order to solve the vibration problem of high-frequency equipment of industrial plant floor,a stepless frequency regulation vibration absorption device is proposed,the working principle of stepless frequency regulation of the vibration absorption device is theoretically derived,and the vibration absorption effect of the device is verified by experiment.The test results show that under the on-demand setting frequency,the acceleration of the frequency corresponding to the structural floor is greatly reduced when the vibration absorber is used,and the vibration damping rate of the device can reach more than 56%,and the closer the horizontal distance is to the measurement point at the center of the excitation source,the better the vibration damping effect of the floor.The stepless frequency modulation vibration absorption device has a good vibration damping control effect,which provides an efficient vibration damping scheme for solving the problem of vertical vibration of plant floor caused by high-frequency equipment.
