摘要

为了研究半灌浆套筒连接件的抗拉伸性能,采用数字建模方法建立半灌浆套筒有限元模型,研究了钢筋直径、灌浆料强度、钢筋锚固长度、钢筋偏置缺陷等参数的影响规律.研究结果表明,所建立有限元模型能很好地模拟半灌浆套筒连接件的拉伸全过程,且分析结果与试验结果较吻合;随着钢筋直径的增大,半灌浆套筒连接件的极限荷载值和极限位移值均增大;当钢筋锚固缺陷大于 2 d时,灌浆料与混凝土间将产生粘结滑移,为防止灌浆料被压碎,建议灌浆料强度应大于 100 MPa;钢筋偏置缺陷导致连接件强化阶段荷载值略微降低,沿钢筋受力方向的应力值增大.

Abstract

To investigate the tensile performance of a partially grouted sleeve connection,a finite element model of the connection was created using ABAQUS software.The effects of parameters including rebar diameter,grout strength,insufficient anchorage length,and eccentric placement of reinforcement were studied.The research results show that the established finite element model can effectively simulate the entire tensile process of the partially grouted sleeve connection,and the analysis results are in good agreement with experimental results.With increasing rebar diameter,both the ultimate load capacity and ultimate displacement of the partially grouted sleeve connection increase.When the anchorage defect of the rebar is greater than 2 times its diameter(2 d),there will be bond slip between the grout and concrete.To prevent the crushing of grout,it is recommended that the grout strength should be greater than 100 MPa.The value of stress at the strengthening phase slightly reduces along the direction of the reinforcement for the sleeve connection with the eccentric placement of reinforcement.
