摘要

目的明确不同杀虫剂对甘蓝菜青虫的防治效果,并评估药剂对甘蓝生长的影响.方法分别对苏云金杆菌、高效氯氟氰菊酯、氯虫苯甲酰胺、甲氨基阿维菌素和苦参碱5种菜青虫防治药剂展开田间药效试验.结果0.5%苦参碱水剂和5%甲氨基阿维菌素水分散粒剂在施药1 d后的防效分别为99.03%和92.38%,二者均表现出较好的速效性.5%甲氨基阿维菌素水分散粒剂和8 000 IU/ul苏云金杆菌悬浮剂的防效在药后7 d达到最高,分别为100%和93.07%;药后14 d,二者的防效仍维持在70%以上.5种药剂处理均未对甘蓝植株产生药害,且高效氯氟氰菊酯、苏云金杆菌和甲氨基阿维菌素对甘蓝的生长还有一定的促进作用.结论5%甲氨基阿维菌素水分散粒剂整体表现最优.0.5%苦参碱水剂速效性最好,8 000 IU/ul苏云金杆菌悬浮剂持效性更佳.在科学防治菜青虫上建议选用以上3种药剂轮换使用.

Abstract

Objective This study aims to clarify the efficacy of different insecticides on the control of pieris rapae,and to assess the effect of the insecticides on the growth of cabbage.Methods Field efficacy trials were conducted with five insecticides,namely Bacillus thuringiensis,Lambda-cyhalothrin,Chlorantraniliprole,Emamectin and Matrine.Results The efficacy of 0.5%Matrine AS and 5%Emamectin WG were 99.03%and 92.38%,respectively,1 day after application,both of which showed good rapid efficacy.5%Emamectin WG and 8 000 IU/ul Bacillus thuringiensis SC had the highest efficacy on the 7th day after application,at 100%and 93.07%,respectively,and the efficacy of both remained above 70%at 14th day after application.None of the five treatments caused any damage to the cabbage,and the growth of cabbage was promoted by Lambda-cyhalothrin,Bacillus thuringiensis and Emamectin to some extent.Conclusions The overall performance of 5%Emamectin WG is the best.0.5%Matrine AS is the best in terms of speed,and 8 000 IU/ul Bacillus thuringiensis SC is better in terms of persistence.It is suggested that the above three kinds of insecticides should be used in rotation for scientific control of pieris rapae.
