Axial compression mechanism of cross-shaped thin-walled concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)short columns with stiffened steel bars after fire
In this paper,ABAQUS is used to establish the finite element model of cross-shaped thin-walled concrete-filled steel tube after fire.On the basis of model verification,the synergistic mechanism of steel tube and core concrete,the distribution law of normal contact force between steel tube and core concrete,and the distribution law of longitudinal stress of core concrete are studied.It can be seen that the compression process of the short column was divided into elastic stage,elastoplastic stage,hardening stage or softening stage.The proportion of load borne by steel tube increased with heating time.The interaction between steel tube and concrete decreased with the increase of heating time,width-thickness ratio and steel bar's spacing.
