摘要

目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者相关血清和细胞免疫指标水平的变化及意义.方法:60例SLE分为两组:活动性和非活动性SLE各占30例,并以62例健康者作为正常对照组.本文分别采用放射免疫分析、酶联免疫法、化学免疫发光法和郭峰法检测SLE患者及正常对照组血清转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1),抗核小体抗体(antinucleosome antibody,AnuA)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)和红细胞补体Ⅰ型受体(red cell complement receptor type Ⅰ,RCR1)水平,并分析其水平的变化与临床病情活动程度的关系.结果:本文结果表明,SLE缓解期组AnuA[相对单位/ml(RU/ ml)]水平与正常对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);活动期组水平则显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且活动期组水平显著高于缓解期组(P<0.05).TGF-β1水平缓解期组和活动期组均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),且患者两组间活动期组略低,但无显著性差异(P>0.05).Hcy水平缓解期组和活动期组均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且活动期组水平显著高于缓解期组(P<0.05).RCR1 水平缓解期组和活动期组均显著低于正常对照组(P均<0.01),且活动期组水平显著高于缓解期组(P<0.05),患者两组间活动期组略低,然水平无显著差异(P>0.05).结论:SLE患者血清AnuA、Hcy TGF-β1和RCR1水平的变化,与SLE的发生及病情进展关系密切.

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes on serum AnuA,Hcy,TGF-β1, and RCR1 levels in patients with SLE. Methods 60 patients with SLE were divided into 2 groups: ① active SLE group (n =30) , ② inactive SLE group (n = 30), and 62 healthy people served as controls. The sennn TGF-β1(RIA) , AnuA (with EIA) , Hcy (with chemiluminesccnce immu-noassay) and RCR1 (guo feng method) levels were determined in 60 patients with SLE and 62 controls. Results The results showed serum level of AnuA in remission group of SLE was no significant difference than that in control group(P>0.05) ,In active group was prominently, higher than the control group(P<0.01) and remission group(P<0.05). The serum level of TGF-β1 in remission group and in active group was all significantly lower than that of control group( F<0.05), The TGF-β1 level in active group was lower thanthat in remission group but no significant differenee(P>0.05). The serum level of Hey in remission group and in active group presented significantly higher than the controls(P<0.05, P<0.01) and in active group was higher than that in remission group(P<0.05). The serum level of RCR1 in remission group and active group was all remarkcably lower than normal controls(P<0.01) , The RGR1 level in active group expressed lower than remission group but no significant diflerence(P> 0.05). Conclusion The changes of serum levels on AnuA,Hcy, TGF-β1 and RCR1 were closely related to the genesis and progress of SLE.
