摘要

目的:探讨放射性核素心室造影在评估右心室收缩功能准确性的应用价值.方法:选择30例本院住院病人,其中包括冠心病12例,高血压病8例,心肌病4例,肺动脉高压6例.分别经核磁共振(MRI)和放射性核素心室造影(SPECT)测量其右心室舒张末期容量(RVEDV),RVESV和右心室射血分数(RVEF),比较SPECT和MRI的相关性.结果SPECT测得RVEDV数值(106.01±51.40)ml与MRI组(128.60±64.05)ml相比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.36,P<0.05);SPECT测得RVESV和RVEF值与MRI组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).SPECT与MRI测得的RVEDV、RVESV和RVEF具有相关性(rEDV=0.622,rESV=0.570,rEF=0.538).结论:SPECT核素心室造影可更为准确评估右心室收缩功能.

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of the application of single-photon emission computed tomography ( SPECT) in evaluating the accuracy of systolic function of right ventricle. Methods 30 patients which contained coronary artery disease 12, hyperten-sion 8, cardiomyopathy4, pulmonary hypertension 6 underwent SPECT and MRI, then the RV end-diastolic volume(RVEDV) , RV end-systolic volume(RVESV) ,and RV ejection fraction(RVEF) were measured. Results Compared with those in the MRI group, patients in the SPECT group manifested lower RVEDV, which was significantly different according to t-test (t=3.36,P<0.05).TheRVESV and RYEF values in the two groups snowed no more difference . SPECT have a correlation with MRI in RVEDV.RVESV and RVEF(rEDV =0.622,rEDV =0.572,rEF =0.538). Conclusion SPECT can assess right ventricular systolic function accurately.
