摘要
目的:探讨乳腺钼靶X射线摄片与血清CA15-3、CEA和OPN联检对乳腺癌的临床诊断价值.方法:对36例经手术和病理证实的乳腺癌患者的血清CA15-3、CEA、OPN检测结果和乳腺钼靶X射线征象作回顾性统计分析.结果:乳腺癌患者血清CA15-3、CEA、OPN水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),血清CA15-3、CEA、OPN和钼靶X射线摄片联检的敏感性较单独检查有显著提高(P<0.01).结论:对乳腺癌患者进行血清CA15-3、CEA、OPN联检和钼靶X射线摄片检查可提高其阳性检出率.对早期诊断、治疗和监视、随访有重要的临床价值.
Abstract
Objective Methods To explore the clinical diagnostic value of CR molybdenum target X-ray combined with serum GA15-3, CEA and OPN in detection of breast cancer. Methods There were 36 cases of breast cancer confirmed by surgery and pathology , the results of CA15-3, CEA, OPN and the signs of molybdenum target X-ray were statistical analyzed retrospectively. Results Serum CA15-3, CEA and OPN levels in patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01). The sensitivity of serum CA15-3, CEA and OPN combined with molybdenum target X-ray was better than any one of them(P<0.01). The combined detection of serum CA15-3, CEA, OPN and molybdenum target X-ray in breast cancer patients can improve the detective rate . Conclusion Molybdenum target X-ray combined with serum CA15-3, CEA and OPN in detection of breast cancer . It play an important role in early diagnosis, treatment and monitoring.u
