结直肠癌患者血中可溶性P选择素、超敏C反应蛋白及血小板计数的分析

摘要
目的:检测可溶性P选择素(soluble P-selectin)、血小板计数和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在结直肠癌中的水平并血小板激活作用和炎症的相关性.方法:选取45例结直肠癌患者和32例正常对照作为对象,根据肿瘤分期将Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期患者分为A组,将Ⅲ期患者分成B组,分别检测可溶性P选择素、血小板计数和hs-CRP,并进行统计学比较.结果:结直肠癌患者中可溶性P选择素和hs-CRP比正常对照组明显增加(P<0.001),并且B组比A组患者的检测指标明显增高(P<0.001).结论:实验表明,结直肠癌患者血小板和炎症反应异常激活,结直肠癌患者的血小板激活和炎症反应具有相关性,并随着肿瘤的进程而增加.
Abstract
Objective To measure the levels of soluble P-selectin, platelet count and hs-CRP in colorectal cancer patients,and the relationship between platelet activation and inflammation. Methods 45 colorectal cancer patients and 32 healthy subjects were recruited to our reseach,and colorectal cancer patients were divided into two groups; group A and group B. To measure the levels of soluble P-selectin, platelet count and hs-CRP respectively, and analyzed statistically. Results Soluble P-selectin and CBP levels were significantly increased as compared to the control group (P＜0.001). Serum levels of sP-selectin and hs-CRP were markedlyhigher in group B (with metastases) than in group A (P＜0.001). Conclusion The experiment indicated hyperactivation of blood platelets and inflammatory response in patients with colorectal cancer, also the inflammatory process and platelet activation progress along with colorectal cancer advancement, and the correlation of platelet activation with inflammatory response in colorectal cancer patients.
