急性颅脑损伤患者外周血红细胞免疫功能状况和血清NPY水平的相关分析
A Study on the Relationship Between Peripheral Red Blood Cells Immune Function Status and Serum NPY Level in Patients with Acute Brain Injury

摘要
目的:探讨急性颅脑损伤患者外周血红细胞免疫功能的变化状况和血清NPY水平的相关性.方法:应用免疫法和放射免疫分析对31例急性颅脑损伤患者进行外周血红细胞免疫功能和血清NPY检测,并以35例正常人作对照.结果:急性颅脑损伤患者RBC-C3bRR水平显著降低(P<0.01),而血清NPY水平显著升高(P<0.01).RBC-C3bRR水平与血清NPY水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.3924,P<0.01).RBC-ICRRR水平则显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),与血清NPY水平呈显著正相关(r=0.5084,P<0.01).结论:急性颅脑损伤患者存在某些免疫调节的紊乱,伴同红细胞免疫功能低下并与血清较高NPY水平有一定的相关性.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between changes of peripheral red blood cells immune-function status and serum NPY level in patients with acute brain injury. Methods RBC immune-function status was studied with immune methods and serum NPY level was measured with RIA in 31 patients with acute brain injury and 35 normal controls. Results RBC-C3bRR percentage was significantly lower in patients with acute brain injury than that in controls(P<0.01), while serum NFY level was obvious negatively correlated to serum NPY(r = -0.3924,P <0.01). RBC-ICRBR percentage was prominently higher than that of controls(P <0.01) , and RBC-ICRRR was positively correlated to serum NPY levels (r =0.5084,P<0.01). Conclusion There existed some disturbances of RBC immune-regulation with suppressed immune function and higher NPY level in patients with acute brain injury.
