摘要
目的:探讨99mTc-MIBI心肌核素显像与血浆BNP联检对2型糖尿病(DM2)并发冠心病(CHD)的诊断价值.方法:对109例DM2患者进行心肌核素显像检查并用放射免疫分析血浆BNP水平,分别与正常对照组比较.结果:心肌缺血组51例,心肌梗死22例,其中无症状心肌缺血19例.心肌缺血及心肌梗死的BNP水平较正常对照组有明显的增高.结论:心肌核素显像联检血浆BNP水平对早期诊断DM2并发CHD具有重要的价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of 99mTc-MIBI radionuclide myocardial imaginge combined measurement of plasma BNP level in patients with diabetic coronary disease. Methods 99mTc-MIBI radionuclide myocardial imaginge was performed in 107 patients with type 2 diabetes, plasma BNP level was mensured by BIA in these patients and compared to 30 nomal controls respectively. Results 51 patients with myocardial ischemia, 22 patients with myocardial infarction and 19 patients of silent myocardial ischemia. Among them, the level of BNP in myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia groups showed significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion 99mTc-MIBI radionuclide myocardial imaginge combined measurement of plasma BNP level may provide an important value in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetics with coronary heart disease.
