慢性牙周炎患者血浆β-防御素-3和血清CD、TNF-α检测的临床意义

摘要
目的:探讨慢性牙周炎患者血浆β-防御素-3和血清胞苷脱氨酶(CD)、TNF-α水平的变化及临床意义.方法:应用放射免疫分析、酶联法和生化法对40例慢性牙周炎患者血清β-防御素-3和血清CD、TNF-α的检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较.结果:慢性牙周炎患者血浆β-防御素-3水平非常显著地低于正常人组(P<0.01),而血清CD、TNF-α水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.3782、-0.4012,P ＜0.01).结论:慢性牙周炎患者血浆β-防御素-3水平的降低和血清CD、TNF-α水平的增高可能是侵袭性牙周炎的危害因素.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of determination the changes on plasma beta-defensin-3 and serum CD, TNF-α levels in patients with chronic periodoontitis. Methods Serum TNF-α (with RIA) , serum CD (with biochemistry) , plasma beta-defensin-3 (with ELISA) levels were determined in 40 patients with chronic periodontitis and 35 normal healthy controls. Results Plasma beta-defensin-3 level was significantly lower than that in controls(P<0.01); but serum CD and TNF-α levels were apparently higher than those in the controls (P < 0.01) ; plasma beta-defensin-3 level was negatively correlated with serum CD and TNF-α levels (r= -0.3782, -0.4012,P<0.01). Conclusion Decreased beta-defensin-3 and increased CD, TNF-α levels were found in chronic periodontitis patients might be independently associatel with chronic periodontitis and expressed as a risk factor to such disease.
