89SrCl2联合伊班膦酸钠对肺癌骨转移骨痛的疗效分析

摘要
目的:评价89SrCl2联合伊班膦酸钠对肺癌骨转移骨痛患者的疗效.方法:选择90例肺癌多发性骨转移患者,随机分为89SrCl2治疗组、伊班膦酸钠治疗组、89SrCl2联合伊班膦酸钠治疗组各30例,所有病例均随访观察(3~6)个月.结果:89SrCl2治疗组和伊班膦酸钠治疗组骨痛缓解率分别为63.3% 和56.7%,生活质量改善率分别为73.3% 和70.0%,对骨转移灶有效率分别为36.7% 和33.3%,其差异均无显著性(P>0.05).而联合应用89SrCl2和伊班膦酸钠治疗组镇痛有效率和生活质量改善率分别为86.7% 和93.3%,与前两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),对骨转移病灶有效率为53.3%,与前两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).三组毒副作用均较小.结论:89SrCl2和伊班膦酸钠对肺癌骨转移均有较好的镇痛疗效,联合应用89SrCl2和伊班膦酸钠对缓解骨痛和提高患者生活质量的疗效明显优于单用89SrCl2和伊班膦酸钠.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of 89SrCl2 combined with ibandronate in the treatment of osseous metastasis of lung malignancies. Methods A total of ninety lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were enrolled in this study, who were divided into three groups; thirty cases were treated with 89SrCl2; thirty cases with ibandronate;and thirty cases combined 89SrCl2 with ibandronate. Results The total relief rate of the bone pain; the 89SrCl2 group was 63. 3% , the ibandronate group 56.7% , and the combination group 86.7% respectively. The rate of improvement of quality of life; the 89SrCl2 group was 73.3% , the ibandronate group was 70.0% ,and the combination group was 93.3% individually. The combination group showed significantly higher effective rates than those of the 89SrCl2 group or the ibandronate group alone (P<0.05). The effective rate of the bone metastasis; the 89SrCl2 group indicated 36.7% ,the ibandronate group 33.3% ,and the combination group 53.3% discretely. No statistical difference were found among the three groups(P>0.05). The side effects of three groups were minimal. Conclusion 89SrCl2 and ibandronate are two effective snd sAfe drugs OD relief of pAin. Combmed, 89SrCl2 and IBANDRONATE mitcht be A better therapy for bone metastfisis and improve the Quality of life than the single one.
