摘要
目的:观察患有不同程度视网膜病变的糖尿病患者血浆D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)的变化,了解这种因子在糖尿病视网膜病变发病机制的意义.方法:将糖尿病患者按眼底视网膜病变程度分为3组:无糖尿病视网膜病变期(no diabetic retinopathy,NDR)20例,单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变期(simple diabetic retinopathy,SDR)20例,增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变期(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)20例,以及相应年龄段的正常人作为对照组30例,用免疫比浊法测定血浆D-D浓度,观察各组变化.结果:NDR组D-D水平与正常对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),而SDR、PDR两组D-D水平均高于NDR组及正常对照组(P<0.05),且PDR组D-D水平高于SDR组(P<0.05).结论:D-D可作为糖尿病患者微血管病变的预测及预后估计的检测指标之一.
Abstract
Objective To observe the plasma level of D-dimer(D-D) in patients with different degrees of diabetic retinopathy and to study the significance of D-D in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 60 cases of diabetic patients were divided into three groups according to the degree of the severity of diabetic retinopathy .including no diabetic retinopathy( NDR) group, simple diabetic retinopathy (SDR) group, and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) group,While 30 normal persons were also checked as the control group. The plasma level of D-D was examineed by immunoassay. Results No statistical difference in D-D between NDR group and control group. The plasma D-D level was higher in FDR and SDR group than that in NDR and control groups, and it was also higher in PDR group than that of SDR group(P<0.05). Conclusion Detecting D-D as forecast and prognosis in patients with diabetic microangiopathy might be of valuable predictive indicator.
