Objective To explore the value of combined detecting plasma D-dimer, serum CRP and four tumor makers in the diagnosis of the early lung cancer. Methods The levels of plasma D-dimer, serum CRP, CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1, NSE in 91 lung cancer cases(lung cancer group) , 66 cases with benign lung diseases(benign lung diseases group) and 60 healthy vohmteeis ( control group) were detected respectively. Positive rate of the six parameters were compared among the three groups, and individual and combined sensitivity and specificity of the six parameters were also compared. Results Lung cancer group showed higher D-dimer, CRP, CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1, NSE levels than those in the benign lung disease group and the healthy control group (P both <0.05) ; The benign lung disease group presented higher D-dimer, CRP levels than the control group (P both <0. 05) ; But expressed no significant difference in CEA., CA125, CYFRA21-1, NSE levels between the benign lung disease group and the control group (both P>0.05) ; And lung cancer group showed higher positive rate of these indicators than the other groups (both P<0.05) ; Combined detection of these indicators' levels can raise the sensitivity( both P< 0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of plasma D-dimer, serum CRP, CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1, NSE levels can improve the diagnostic accuracy and provides the basis for treatment and the opportunity of earlier treatment.
