子宫颈癌患者手术前后血清IFN-γ、D-D、TK1和sFas测定的临床价值

摘要
目的:探讨子宫颈癌患者手术治疗前后血清IFN-γ、D-D、TK1和sFas四项指标水平的变化及测定的临床意义.方法:血清IFN-γ采用放射免疫分析;D-D和sFas采用酶联免疫吸附分析法检测;TK1测定采用CIS-型免疫印迹-增强发光检测系统检测.结果:血清IFN-γ水平子宫颈良性疾病组与正常妇女组无显著差异(P>0.05),术前组分别高于子宫颈良性疾病组和正常妇女组(P<0.05,P<0.01),术后组较术前组下降显著但高于子宫颈良性疾病组和正常妇女组(P均<0.05).D-D水平则术前组和子宫颈良性疾病组均显著高于正常妇女组(P<0.05,P<0.01),术后组较术前组下降显著(P<0.05),但仍显著高于正常妇女组(P<0.05).TK1水平术前组和子宫颈良性疾病组均显著高于正常妇女组(P均<0.05),同时术前组又显著高于子宫颈良性疾病组(P<0.01),术后组较术前组下降显著(P<0.05),但仍显著高于正常妇女组(P<0.05).sFas水平的变化同D-D.结论:患者血清四项指标水平手术前后发生了显著变化,可能与子宫颈癌的病理过程有关;其测定有助于探讨其病理机制和观察病情变化.
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of determination on serum IFN-γ,D-D.TK1 and sFas levels both before and after operation in patients with uterine cervix carcinoma. Methods Serum level of IFN-γ was determined with radioimmuno-assay (RIA) , serum levels of D-D and sFas were determined with EIA. serum level of TK1 was determined with CIS-1 immune blot enhanced chemilnminescence detection system. Results In after operation patients with uterine cervix carcinoma the serum level of IFN-γ was significantly dropped than that in patients before operation (P <0.01) , before operation the serum level of IFN-γ was apparently higher than that of controls and healthy woman(all P <0.01). In after operation patient group, the serum level of D-D was obviously dropped than the patients before operation (P <0.05). Before operation the serum level of D-D showed markedly higher than that in the controls and healthy woman( all P < 0. 01). In postoperative patient group, the serum level of TK1 proved significantly dropped than that in patients before operation (P <0.05) , before operation the serum level of D-D expressed distinctly higher than that in the controls and healthy woman( all P < 0.05 ). The changes of sFas serum level identified with the former ones. Conclusion The changes of four serum indicators levels were related with the pathological process of carcinoma uterine cervix. The determination may be helpful to explore the pathologic mechanism and observing the changes of pathosis.
