摘要
目的:采用磁检测方法检测血清p53抗体浓度.方法:制备含有抗人p53抗体的试纸条,固定纳米磁球捕获的血清p53抗体,然后滴加到试纸条上,通过磁检测试纸条的磁信号,分析p53抗体的含量.结果:偶联重组p53蛋白的纳米磁球能有效富集患者血清p53抗体,p53抗体与偶联有纳米磁球的重组p53结合后,通过磁检测p53抗体的最低浓度可达pmol.结论:偶联重组p53蛋白的纳米磁球,可提高p53自身抗体的检测便捷性和灵敏性.
Abstract
Objective To dectect p53 serum autoantibody by using magnetic analysis. Methods The strip containing an antibody against teconbined human p53 was prepared. The nano magnetic ball captured serum p53 antibody was dropped to the strip. Then the concentration of p53 antibody was calculated by measuring magnetic signal of the strip. Results The nano magnetic ball linked recombinant human pS3 protein can effectively enrichment of p53 antibody in the serum, the lowest concentration of p53 antibody using magnetic detection can reach pmol level. Conclusion The convenience and sensitivity of p53 antibody detection can be improved by nano magnetic ball coupling of recombined p53 protein.
