寻常性银屑病患者外周血OPN、VE-eadherin和CEC水平变化的临床分析

摘要
目的:通过测定寻常型银屑病患者不同分期外周血骨桥蛋白(OPN)、血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白(VE-eadherin)和循环内皮细胞数(CEC)三项指标水平的变化,旨在探讨银屑病的发病机制及测定的临床价值.方法:血清OPN、VE-eadherin水平均采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA) 法检测,外周血CEC的测定采用流式细胞分析.结果:本文结果显示,静止期组除OPN外,VE-eadherin和CEC水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);进行期组则OPN、VE-eadherin和CEC三项血清指标水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.01).进行期组与静止期组比较,OPN、VE-eadherin和CEC水平有显著性差异(P均<0.05).结论:三项外周血指标参与了银屑病的病理过程.其测定有助于探讨本病的发病机制和判断病情的活动程度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of determination the changes of peripheral blood levels of OPN, VE-eadherin and CEC in patients with psoriasis vulgaris on difference stage. Methods 32 patients with psoriasis vulgaris on difference stages were divided into two groups (active stage groups; n=20, stable stage groups; n = 12). Their peripheral blood levels of OPN and VE-eadher-in levels were determined by enzyme immunoassay, and CEC level was determined by flow-cytometry analysis. Results The peripheral blood levels of VE-eadherin and CEC were significant higher in stable stage groups than those in control group (all P<0.05) , while the difference of OPN levels proved no significance (P>0.05). In active Stage groups, OPN ,VE-eadherin and CEC levels showed apparently higher than that of control group ( all P < 0.01). Compared to the active stage group with stable stage group, the difference of OPN ,VE-eadherin and CEC levels expressed significant (allP<0.05). Conclusion On different clinical period,the changes of peripheral blood levels of OPN,VE-eadherin and CEC levels in patients with psoriasis vulgaris indicated significane. Thus, determination of 3 indexes might be helpful to study the pathogenesis and judge the clinical active progression of psoriasis vulgaris.
