血清GP73在常见恶性肿瘤中的表达水平

摘要
目的:评估血清高尔基体糖蛋白73(GP73)检测在常见恶性肿瘤患者临床诊断中的应用价值.方法:收集282例各类恶性肿瘤患者和30例正常对照组血清,利用酶联免疫分析和化学发光法分析分别对血清GP73和其它肿瘤标志物进行定量检测,分析不同恶性肿瘤患者血清GP73含量以及与其他肿瘤标志物的关系.结果:原发性肝癌、肺癌、胰腺癌及胆管癌中血清GP73明显高于正常对照组,有统计学意义(U分别为105.0、223.5、175.5和180.5,P<0.01);而其它恶性肿瘤患者血清GP73与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);GP73与其它肿瘤标志物进行相关分析,在原发性肝癌患者血清GP73与AFP呈弱相关(r=0.137);在肺癌患者血清GP73与CEA、NSE呈弱相关(r分别为0.129和0.071);在胰腺癌患者中,GP73与CA19-9的r为0.149,两者呈弱相关.结论:血清GP73在原发性肝癌、肺癌、胰腺癌及胆管癌中表达上调,可作为临床诊断的实验室标志物.
Abstract
Objective To assess the applicative value of serum Gorgi Protein 73 ( GP73 ) in clinical diagnosis of malignant tumors. Methods 282 cases of patients with malignancies and 30 healthy normal controls sera were collected. The level of GP73 in serum was measured by ELISA. Tumor markers were measured quantitatively by chemiinminometry, the relevance between serum GF73 and other markers were analyzed. Results The level of sera GP73 of primary liver cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer showed patients higher significantly than the controls (1/105.0,223.5,175.5 and 180.5, repectively ,P<0.01) ;While there is no significance between the other malignant tumors and controls(P>0.05) ; Serum GF73 expressed weak correlated with the AFP in primary liver cancers(r = 0.129) ;Which indicated were weak correlated with the serum levels of CEA and NSE in lung cancer ( r = 0.129 and 0.071, individually) and manifested weak correlated with CA19-9 in pancreatic cancer( r=0.149). Conclusion The expression levels on sera GP73 in primary liver cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer and bile duct cancer patients expressed upregu-lation. Therefore, it can be used as a laboratory indicator for clinical dingnosis.
