Objective To explore the significance of serum β2 microglobulin(β2-m) and serum ferritin(SF) in diagnosis and treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods Serum was collected from 64 cases of patients with NHL, the serum (β2-m was determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay(FPIA) and the SF was measured by electrochemical immunoassay chemilumineacence method. Results Elevation of the NHL patients' serum β2-m and SF showed closely related to clinical stages and effect of chemotherapy. Conclusion The serum β2-m and SF can be used as the auxiliary indexes for NHL patients' clinical diagnosis and chemothera-peutic effect.
