目的:探讨血清IL-17、TGF-β、IFN-γ和IL-4含量在子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者中的表达及意义.方法:采用ELISA检测43例EMS患者及50例健康对照者血清IL-17、TGF-β、IFN-γ和IL-4水平.结果:EMS组血清TGF-β、IL-4水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);而EMS组血清IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05).结论:TGF-β、IL-4可能在EMS的发生和发展中发挥着重要作用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the expression and significance of IL-17,TGF-β, IFN-γ and IL-4 levels in patients with endo-metriosis(EMS). Methods The serum levels of IL-17,TGF-β,IFN-γ and IL-4 in 43 patients with EMS and 50 healthy women were detected by ELISA. Results The serum levels of TGF-β and IL-4 in endometriosis group showed significantly higher than those in healthy subjects (P<0.05), but the ratio of IFN-γ to IL-4 of serum levels were significantly lower than the healthy subjects (P< 0.05). Conclusion TGF-β and IL-4 may play an important role in the genesis and development of endometriosis.
