Objective Testing the changes on selenium , GPX and CD94 in peripheral blood for recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) patients, in order to explore such changes on function in RSA. Methods To test the levels of selenium , GPX and CD94 in peripheral blood in 35 cases of pregnant women , 35 cases of non-pregnant women , and 35 cases of RSA patients . Results The levels of selenium and GPX in RSA patients proved markedly lower than those in pregnant women and non-pregnant women(P<0.01); the level of CD94 in RSA patients expressed lower than that in pregnant women and non-pregnant women(P<0.Q5). Conclusion Low levels of selenium , GPX and CD94 in peripheral blood might be related to the development and pathophy Biological process in RSA.
