Objective To explore the clinical relevance of changes on plasma Leptin serum PRL, E2 and TSGF levels after oper-ation in patients with Breast Cancer. Methods Plasma Leptin(with ELISA), serum PRL, E2 (with ECLI) , serum TSGF(with chemistry) levels in 33 patients with Breast Cancer and compared with 35 normal heathy individualls as controls. Results Before operation plasma Leptin serum PRL, E2 and TSGF levels presented obviously higher than those in controls (P <0. 01). After operation for 3 months, the plasma Leptin serum PRL, E2 and TSGF levels showed no more difference from those in controls(P >0.05). Plasma Leptin level was positively correlated with serum PRL, E2 and TSGF levels(r =0.6139,0.5821,0.4982,P <0.01). Conclusion The plasma Leptin and serum PRL, E2 and TSGF levels proved positively correlated to the development of Breast Cancer.
