支气管哮喘患儿血清sCD86、IL-25、NGF、CyPA水平的变化及临床意义

摘要
目的:探讨四项血清标志物水平的变化与患儿支气管哮喘发生、发展的关系.方法:本文依据80例哮喘患儿的不同病期分为两组:即急性发作组(n=40)和缓解组(n=40),另以42名健康儿童作为对照组进行分析.血清可溶性CD86(soluble CD86,sCD86)、白细胞介素-25(interleukin-25 )、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)和亲环素A(cyclophilin A,CyPA)测定均采用酶联免疫(ELISA)分析.结果:本文结果显示,患儿哮喘急性发作期血清sCD86、IL-25、NGF和CyPA水平均显著地高于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);缓解组水平则显示sCD86、IL-25和CyPA与正常对照组比较略高,但无统计学差异(P均>0.05);仅NGF水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05).缓解组与急性发作期比较四项血清指标水平均显著较低(P均<0.05).结论:本文四项指标的变化与儿童支气管哮喘的发作关系密切,对于患儿病情的判断有一定价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of four serum markers and association with the development and progress in pediat-ric patients with brochial asthma. Methods 80 pediatric patients with branchial asthma were divided into 2 groups( acute stage group: n=40 and relief stage group: n =40),42 healthy children served as controls group. The serum levels of sCD86, IL-25, NGF and CyPA were measured by ELISA in 80 pediatiic patients with branchial asthma as well as in 42 controls. Results The serum levels of sCD86, IL-25, NGF and CyPA showed significantly higer in the pediatiic patients of asthma at acute stage than those in relief stage and control group(P <0.05, P <0.01). The serum levels of sCD86,IL-25 and CyPA proved slightly higher in the pediatiic patients of asthma at relief stage than the acute stage , and no significant difference in control gnmp( all P > 0.05) , the serum level of NGF significantly higher in the pediatiic patients of asthma at relief stage than that in control(P<0.05). The serum level of 4 markers all presen-ted significantly higer in the acute stage group those in relief stage group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The changes of sCD86 , IL-25, NGF and CyPA closely related to the development of pediatiic patients with bronchial asthma, which might be helpful to judge and provides definite value.
