Objective To explore diagnostic value of T lymphocyte subsets detection in the respiratory system diseases. Methods Flow-cytometry on the respiratory system diseases and normal healthy person's lymphocyte subsets detection, and through the test data to analyse the functional changes of lymphocyte subsets. Results (①pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia and lung cancer groups the CD3 + , CD3 + CD4+ and T4/T8 ratio proved significantly lower than those in normal control group, the difference showed markedly changes (P<0.01), and the level of CD3 + CD8 + expressed obviously higher than that of normal control group, the difference indicated significance (P < 0.01) ; ②changes of pulmonary tuberculosis, lung cancer and pneumonia group T lymphocytes comparison of subgroups: CD3+ , CD3 + CD4+ and the ratio of T4/T8 levels showed significantly higher in the lung cancer group, the difference proved significant changes (P<0.01) , and CD3 + CD8+ levels were significantly lower in the lung cancer group, the difference designated obvious changes(P<0.01); ③pulmonary tuberculosis and pneumonia group: CD3+ , GD3+CD4+ , CD3 +CD8 + and T4/T8 ratio indicated no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion T lymphocyte subsets participated in the respiratory system disease, tuberculosis, pneumonia and lung cancer) pathological process in the respiratory system disease, plays a important role of development and progress. Therefore, monitoring respiratory system disease patients peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets detection, might be helpful to tuberculosis and pneumonia patients fo evaluate efficacy and enhancement of immunity provides theoretical basis for lung cancer patients with auxiliary immunotherapy to support the reference.
