Porous ceramics have a wide range of applications in the field of engineering due to their special structure.Protein has good biocompatibility,foaming,gel and stable properties,and is commonly used for preparing porous ceramics.This paper mainly introduces the research progress of porous ceramics prepared by protein foaming method,and the methods to improve the stability of foam.The stability of foam can be effectively improved by adding surfactant or protein nanopolymer,and surface modification of ceramic particles.
