对比分析氟化铝对用氧化铝和氢氧化铝生成莫来石的差异影响

本文横向引入氟化铝对原位莫来石结构性能影响进行对比实验,纵向引用氧化铝和氢氧化铝不同前驱体对原位莫来石的差异进行对比试验,从材料组成、微观结构、力学性能和相组成等方面进行归纳总结.通过对比分析,引入氟化铝可以促进莫来石晶体的生长和取向,导致晶粒形状规则化,提高材料的常温抗折强度;氢氧化铝能够促进莫来石转变更彻底,非晶相比例更低,使晶界更清晰,降低了强度却提高了热稳性能;氢氧化铝和氟化铝同时参与使界面更复杂,提高了材料强度,热稳并未明显提高.
Comparative Analysis of the Differential Influence of Aluminum Fluoride on the Formation of Alumina and Aluminum Hydroxide
In this paper,the influence of aluminum fluoride was introduced in comparative experiments on the structural properties of the generated mullite,and the generated mullite was tested with different precursors of alumina and aluminum hydroxide,from the aspects of material composition,microstructure,mechanical properties and phase composition.Through comparative analysis,the introduction of aluminum fluoride can promote the growth and orientation of the generated mullite crystal,normalize the grain shape and improve the normal temperature bending strength of the material;Aluminum hydroxide can promote the transformation of mullite more completely,lower the amorphous phase ratio,make the crystal boundary clearer,reduce the strength but improve the thermal stability performance;The simultaneous participation of aluminum hydroxide and aluminum fluoride makes the interface more complex,improves the material strength,and the thermal stability is not significantly improved.
