温度稳定剂掺杂PLZT-PZN-PNN-PSN压电陶瓷及安防报警器的制备与性能研究

采用固相烧结法制备了温度稳定剂掺杂PLZT-PZN-PNN-PSN的压电陶瓷.通过XRD对组分进行物相分析,并研究了不同温度稳定剂掺杂量对组分的密度及压电介电性能的影响,并装备成安防报警器,分析了安防报警器的性能.研究表明:不同温度稳定剂含量掺杂组分的密度先增大后减小,在x=0.02处最为致密;样品均为呈现单一的ABO3型钙钛矿结构.随着温度稳定剂含量的增加,压电介电性能先增大后减小,在x=0.02处性能最优,即相对介电常数(εr):3408、压电常数(d33):611 pC/N、平面机电耦合系数(Kp):0.78.将最优组分制备的安防报警器在高低温环境下测试的声压≥85dB,满足市场使用要求.
Preparation and Properties of Temperature Stabilizer doped PLZT-PZN-PNN-PSN Piezoelectric Ceramics and Security alarm
The temperature stabilizer doped PLZT-PZN-PNN-PSN piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by solid state sintering method.The effect of doping amount of different temperature stabilizer on the density and piezoelectric properties of the components was studied by XRD.The components were equipped with a security alarm and the performance of the alarm was analyzed.The results showed that the density of doping components increased at first and then decreased at x=0.02,and the samples with different contents of temperature stabilizers showed a single ABO3 perovskite structure.With the increase of the content of the temperature stabilizer,the piezoelectric and dielectric properties first increase and then decrease,and the performance is the best at x=0.02,that is,the relative dielectric constant(εr):3408,the piezoelectric constant(d33):611pC/N,the plane electromechanical coupling coefficient(Kp):0.78.The sound pressure of the alarm made of the optimum composition is more than 85 dB under high and low temperature environment,which meets the requirement of the market.
