Abstract
Objective:To visually analyze the research status and hotspots of DTI applied to MCI with CiteSpace. Methods:Using the core collection database of web of science as the data source,CiteSpace V software was used to draw keyword co-occurrence map, cluster map, emergence map and literature co-citation map,and keyword node analysis was carried out on MCI and DTI related studies in the database from January 2018 to December 2023.The research hotspots and trends in this region were summarized. Results:A total of 462 literatures on the application of DTI to MCI were retrieved:①In the keyword co-occurrence map,the main research was"Alzheimer's disease,DTI,MRI";(2)The keywords cluster included 9 clusters of"diffusion tensor imaging, hippocampus, cognitive impair-ment,traumatic brain injury,Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,cogni-tive impairment, magnetic resonance diffusion kurtosis imaging";③The key words of traumatic brain injury, neurodegeneration, pathway, and default mode network, emerged from 2018 and lasted until the end of 2023,which was currently the hot spot and frontier of foreign research;④The function of co-ci-tation analysis was used to rank the number of references in the data literature. In this study, there were 5 references with centrality>0.15,aiming to discover the core literature in this research field. Conclusion:The findings of this bibliometrics study provide the current status and trends of DTI in the field of MCI research and may help researchers identify hot topics in the field and explore new research direction.
